At 30 cm, this antenna has a very small turning radius. As a flat antenna, this system is far less susceptible to wind than one with an offset mirror. When connected to the electronics of your vehicle engine, the system automatically moves to the travel position when you start it.
The reception range of this flat antenna with the satellite ASTRA1, 19.2° East, is excellent everywhere, despite its size of "only" 45 cm.
