Shipping conditions

Shipping Germany

Unless stated otherwise within the range of goods, all prices are including their shipping costs within Germany.

This does not apply to deliveries to the North and East Frisian Islands belonging to Germany (Pellworm, Hooge, Langeneß, Gröde, Föhr, Amrum, Sylt, Langeoog, Spiekeroog, Wangerooge, Norderney, Juist, Baltrum and Borkum) as well as the ferry island Hiddensee, Helgoland and 83256 Chiemsee. Deliveries to these locations are possible, however an additional logistical island surcharge of EUR 16,00 including VAT per shipment will be charged.

Shipping within Europe

For all other european countries, the following shipping costs apply to all shipments up to a maximum weight of 31.5 kg.

For items that are never dispatched together with others due to insurance regulations or their fragility (e.g. acrylic glass windows or rooflights), the applicable shipping cost price will be calculated per unit / quantity order!

Shipping to other countries not listed here (such as the United States of America or Canada) is possible. Since the shipping costs to these countries are currently changing almost daily, we ask for your inquiry so that we can make you an appropriate offer.

The prices listed below include the respective country-specific sales tax (VAT) or, for so-called third countries (e.g. Switzerland or Norway), the prices are net without sales tax in accordance with Section 4, Paragraph 1a of the German Value Added Tax Act (UStG). .

The shipping costs listed above only apply to their mainland. Islands and / or territorial areas belonging to a country are excluded from this. For these, additional surcharges may be payable, which must be paid before the ordered goods are dispatched.


Particularities:

* Iceland, Liechtenstein, Norway & Switzerland
The above-mentioned prices each include the service of the actual shipping as well as the fee for export customs clearance (franking DDP duty paid). Costs and fees within each country for possible import customs clearance and their taxation are borne by the buyer (consignee).

** Great Britain
The price mentioned above include the service of the actual shipping as well as the fee for export customs clearance (franking DAP customs-cleared). Costs and fees within the country for possible import customs clearance and their taxation are borne by the buyer (consignee).
