The Dometic PerfectPower DCC 1212-10 charges the 12 V leisure battery while driving with a charging current of 10 A. The DC/DC battery charger converts the voltage supplied by the 12 V starter battery into a stable, controlled charging voltage, ensuring reliable charging of the leisure battery while the vehicle is on the road.

The 12 V to 12 V DC/DC battery charger is particularly suitable for motorhomes, campervans and other vehicles where the leisure battery needs to be charged reliably from the alternator.

Ideal for EURO 6 vehicles with smart alternators

Especially in modern EURO 6 vehicles with smart alternators, the vehicle electrical system voltage can fluctuate while driving. The Dometic PerfectPower DCC 1212-10 converts this fluctuating input into a stable output voltage, enabling controlled charging of the leisure battery.

Thanks to the galvanic isolation between input and output voltage, the output side is electrically isolated from the input circuit. The stable output voltage also makes the charger suitable for reliably powering sensitive electrical equipment.

IU0U charging technology for battery-friendly charging

The IU0U charging technology provides a charging process adapted to the selected battery type. External DIP switches allow the DC/DC battery charger to be configured without opening the housing.

With an optional temperature sensor, temperature-compensated charging is also possible. This allows the charging voltage to be adjusted according to the battery temperature.
