12 V roof fan with reversible airflow, thermostat and rain sensor
The Dometic FanTastic Vent 3350 is a powerful electric roof fan for motorhomes and caravans. With three selectable fan speeds and reversible airflow (IN/OUT), it can draw fresh outside air into the vehicle or extract warm and stale air from the interior.
The built-in thermostat supports temperature-dependent fan operation. The white roof dome can be opened and closed electrically using a switch. An integrated rain sensor automatically closes the dome and switches off the fan when moisture is detected.
The FanTastic Vent 3350 operates on the vehicle's 12 V electrical system and is designed for a 400 x 400 mm roof opening.

Fresh air intake or extraction of stale air
The IN/OUT reversing switch allows you to adjust the airflow direction to your ventilation requirements. In the IN position, the fan draws outside air into the vehicle. In the OUT position, it extracts air from the interior.
Three speed settings allow you to adjust the ventilation intensity. According to the operating instructions, the fan blades must come to a complete stop before changing the airflow direction.
Electric roof dome with thermostat and rain sensor
The roof dome can be conveniently opened and closed using the UP/DOWN switch. The built-in thermostat switches the fan on or off according to the selected temperature setting and the current interior temperature.
When the rain sensor detects moisture, the roof dome closes automatically and the fan switches off. Once the rain has stopped, the dome can be reopened using the switch.
Installation in motorhomes and caravans
The Dometic FanTastic Vent 3350 is designed for a 400 x 400 mm roof opening. According to the Dometic installation and operating manual, its overall dimensions are 471 x 471 x 190 mm (width x depth x height).
Before installation, check the existing roof construction, roof thickness and the manufacturer's installation instructions. The Dometic manual must be followed for installation and electrical connection.
