Restrictions

This product is not suitable for vehicles whose interior rear-view mirror cannot be removed or for models from 07/2021 of the model series 8, which are equipped with a mechanical or electronic central rear-view mirror.

Furthermore, this product does not fit in vehicles that are equipped with folding beds, roof racks, storage compartments above the windshield or side or optionally installed airbags!

Tools required for assembly:

Hand or cordless screwdriver with smaller and larger Phillips attachment,
Metal twist drill Ø 2.5 mm and Ø 6.0 mm, and
if necessary, a carpet knife to make the required cutout for a rain sensor box

The scope of delivery includes only the darkening blind for the windscreen of the driver's cab.

The windscreen blind is suitable for both left and right-hand drive vehicles.

The identical darkening system for the side-windows (left and right) is optionally available (see our Item-No. 550-00660 or 550-00665) or can also be purchased as a complete package (Item-No. 550-00680 or 550-00685).

You can also purchase the metal twist drills required for assembly if you do not already have them (see below under "Accessories").

Cab blind for Fiat Ducato, Peugeot Boxer, Citroën Jumper & Opel Movano

The Dometic FP 300 windscreen blind provides effective privacy for your motorhome windscreen and is suitable for vehicles based on the Fiat Ducato from 07/2006, as well as the corresponding Peugeot Boxer and Citroën Jumper from 07/2006. The FP 300 is also suitable for the corresponding Opel Movano from late 2021.

A particular advantage of the FP 300 is that, unlike the SP 300 and SP 310 side window blinds, it can be used across the different vehicle generations. Depending on the production date, it is combined with the appropriate side window blinds:

SP 300 for Fiat Ducato from 07/2006 to 06/2021 and Peugeot Boxer and Citroën Jumper from 07/2006 to 12/2023
SP 310 for Fiat Ducato Series 8 from 07/2021 and Peugeot Boxer, Citroën Jumper and Opel Movano from 01/2024

The FP 300 therefore forms the windscreen component of both our FSP 300 and FSP 310 complete packages.

Privacy, thermal insulation and UV protection for the windscreen

The double-pleated, aluminium-coated honeycomb material provides greater privacy while also helping to thermally insulate the cab. The windscreen blind provides protection against heat and cold and blocks up to 99% of harmful UV radiation.

The plastic components are finished in Silk Grey.

Also suitable for vehicles with a rain sensor box

The FP 300 is also suitable for vehicles equipped with a rain sensor box. The required cut-out in the upper rail is pre-scored at the factory and can be removed if required (see product image 9 above).

If the vehicle is not equipped with a rain sensor box, the upper rail is installed without modification.

Please check before ordering

In addition to the vehicle model and production period, the equipment fitted to your vehicle may also affect compatibility.

In particular, the FP 300 is not suitable for vehicles with a non-removable interior rear-view mirror or digital central rear-view mirror. Other vehicle equipment may also interfere with installation.
