Equipped with microphone, temperature-controlled heating and separate infrared LEDs, this small color reversing camera is the watchful eye of your motorhome.
This small, silver-colored camera with virtually invisible cable routing also ensures optimal visibility at night with its separate infrared LEDs. These LEDs transmit light that is invisible to the human eye: infrared light. The advantage of infrared systems is that they take pictures at high speeds and eliminate environmental disturbances.
The PerfectView CAM 45NAV can be easily connected to existing navigation systems with a connection for an external camera using cinch connector.

What does the additional article designation "NAV" stand for?
If the article designation of the reversing camera includes the addition "NAV", the scope of delivery also includes an adapter (Dometic AMP50) that can be used to connect the camera to a standard navigation system with RCA video-input already installed in the vehicle, so that the corresponding image from the camera is transmitted to its screen.
This camera is primarily intended for use in vehicles. It can be used in video systems that are used to monitor the area around the vehicle from the driver's seat, e.g. when maneuvering or parking.
The camera with integrated microphone is housed in an aluminum cover and transmits image and sound to a monitor via a cable. The infrared LEDs improve night vision. The camera transmits the image as if you are looking in the rearview mirror.
The camera is waterproof. However, the seals on the camera cannot withstand a high-pressure cleaner!
And please always remember that a parking aid should provide you with additional support. However, this does not mean that the use of this device (as well as all other auxiliary systems) does not release you from fulfilling your special duty of care and caution when manoeuvring.

Wofür steht die Artikel-Zusatzbezeichnung "NAV"?
Enthält die Artikelbezeichnung der Rückfahrkamera den Zusatz "NAV", so ist im Lieferumfang zusätzlich ein Adapter (Dometic AMP50) enthalten, mittels dessen sich die Kamera an ein bereits im Fahrzeug installiertes, allgemein übliches Navigationssystem mit RCA Video-Eingang anschließen lässt, so dass das entsprechende Bild der Kamera auf dessen Bildschirm übertragen wird.
Diese Kamera ist vorrangig für den Einsatz in Fahrzeugen gedacht. Sie ist einsetzbar in Videosystemen, die zur Beobachtung des Bereiches um das Fahrzeug vom Fahrersitz aus dienen, z. B. beim Rangieren oder Einparken.
Die Kamera mit integriertem Mikrofon ist in einem Aluminiumgehäuse untergebracht und überträgt Bild und Ton über ein Kabel zu einem Monitor. Durch die Infrarot-LEDs wird die Nachtsicht verbessert. Die Kamera übermittelt das Bild, als ob Sie in den Rückspiegel blicken.
Die Kamera ist wasserdicht. Die Dichtungen der Kamera halten aber nicht einem Hochdruckreiniger stand!
Und bitte denken Sie stets daran, dass eine Einparkhilfe Sie zusätzlich unterstützen soll. Das bedeutet aber nicht, dass die Verwendung dieses Gerätes (als auch alle anderen Hilfssysteme) Sie nicht davon entbindet, Ihrer besonderen Sorgfalts- und Vorsichtspflicht beim Rangieren nachzukommen.
